THERMOSHIELD BASIX is a highly alkaline, surfactant-free cleaning agent for machine processing of surgical instruments in washing and disinfection devices. Its high alkalinity gives THERMOSHIELD BASIX excellent cleaning power against blood and other proteins. Both instruments and machines are protected due to good material compatibility and corrosion inhibitors. Recommended working concentrations result in a pH greater than 10.
