Personal Data Protection – GDPR
Our company, based on EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), has taken measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, mechanical security measures have been taken to protect access to personal data. Our company has implemented a policy regulating both organizational and technical measures and procedures, along with associated employee obligations, aimed at ensuring the security of processed personal data. We have also modified the contractual terms with our partners to include confidentiality obligations concerning personal data as required by the GDPR.
We would like to assure you that we pay full attention to the protection of personal data, fully in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Consent Declaration for the Processing of Personal Data and the Sending of Information and Commercial Communications
1. I consent to receiving information and commercial communications from MEDISTYL-PHARMA a.s., based at Táborská 57, 140 00 Prague, IČ 61855782, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file number B19063, regarding products or services, either directly or indirectly supporting the sale of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “commercial communications”).
2. In accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), I agree that the aforementioned company may process the following personal data, to the extent and manner described below:
• Categories of personal data
- Contact details provided by the interested party – your first name and surname, email address, phone number; if you wish to make changes, please notify us via email
• Purpose of processing, scope of processing, legal basis
- Contacting and sending information about price offers, new products, trainings, and other matters related to our activities
- The legal basis is your consent as the data subject
• Processing duration
- 5 years from the time of consent, unless the data subject determines otherwise
• Disclosure of personal data to third parties
- Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party
• Destruction of personal data
- Personal data will be destroyed (deleted) after the processing period has expired, unless the provision of consent for the processing of personal data is extended
- Before the end of the processing period, personal data will be deleted based on a legitimate request from the data subject
• Providing data is voluntary, and you are giving explicit consent for the above-mentioned processing, which you can withdraw at any time, for example by sending an email to the company at: This email address is protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• By giving your consent, you confirm that you have been informed of your rights under the GDPR regulation, including:
- The right to access and rectify your personal data;
- The right to have your personal data deleted ("the right to be forgotten");
- The right to restrict processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to object to processing;
- The right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making with legal or similar effects, including profiling;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (ÚOOÚ).
3. In the absence of consent, your personal data will be deleted from the database.
